## Description

Colley’s Bias-Free Matrix Rankings is a sports ranking project created by Wesley N. Colley, presenting computer-generated rankings for NCAA football and basketball. Its central feature is the Colley Matrix, a mathematical method for evaluating teams, accompanied by explanations of how the method works and its advantages. The site notes that the rankings served as an official Bowl Championship Series ranking from 2001 through 2013.

Visitors can explore current football rankings, weekly and daily ranking archives, and historical rankings spanning multiple seasons. The site also provides detailed conference comparisons for both sports, along with tools to add or remove games and examine how results affect rankings. Basketball resources include current rankings, historical lists, and an NCAA tournament bracket. Methodology pages, frequently asked questions, information about the Colley Matrix, and contact details for Wes Colley offer further context. The rankings list teams across the country and organize results by sport and date, making the site a reference for following and comparing college teams through a consistent, statistics-based approach.
