PACE, the Professional Association of Colorado Educators, is a non-profit professional association dedicated to the academic and personal growth of every student. They strive to advance the teaching profession by focusing on personal growth, professional development, advocacy, and protection, while promoting educational excellence. PACE offers a range of professional member benefits at a fraction of the cost of other associations' dues.

These benefits include liability insurance, legal protection, professional development opportunities, newsletters, scholarships, classroom grants, and a voice on educational issues. PACE is a non-union and nonpartisan organization that believes in greater local control of education, increased parental involvement, and higher standards of excellence and accountability. They reject involuntary membership and endorsements, and oppose strikes and walkouts, believing that cooperation is key to improving education.
