Columbia Healthcare Network is a rural health network in New York State dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare. Composed of individuals from healthcare, business, and consumer sectors, this network collaborates with various organizations to ensure that all individuals have equal access to healthcare services. Supported by funding from the New York State Department of Health, Office of Rural Health, as well as public and private resources and donations, the Columbia County Community Healthcare Consortium's mission is to enhance healthcare access through education, information, collaboration, and service delivery.
