COMEC, the Commission on Missing & Exploited Children, is a nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to the safety and protection of all children since its establishment in 1984. They provide critical child-related services through their offices at the Juvenile Court in Memphis. Despite the challenges posed by COVID and the economic landscape, COMEC remains committed to offering their services at pre-pandemic levels, thanks to their careful financial management.

The services provided by COMEC include drug testing, search and recovery of children involved in custody issues, and more. They also work tirelessly to help families locate, communicate with, and safely bring back displaced children during the holidays, as this is when a higher number of children are separated from their custodial parents. To support their cause, COMEC encourages donations through their GoFundMe page or by sending funds to their office directly.

They also organize an annual COMEC Charity Golf Tournament, which brings together individuals committed to the welfare of children.
