## Description

Blambot, founded by Nate Piekos in the late 1990s, emerged from his passion for indie comics and a need for affordable, high-quality lettering fonts. Initially created to support aspiring comic artists like himself, Blambot quickly grew into a pivotal resource in the comic book industry. By 2002, Nate was collaborating with major publishers like Marvel and DC, providing expert lettering for renowned titles, including X-Force. Today, Blambot offers an extensive selection of customized fonts designed specifically for comic lettering, sound effects, and dialogue, along with brushes and design resources.

Additionally, Blambot has collaborated with high-profile companies across various media, including Microsoft and The New Yorker, making its fonts versatile for applications beyond comics. Piekos authored "The Essential Guide to Comic Book Lettering," which became an Amazon bestseller shortly after its release. With a commitment to both professional-grade design and accessibility for new creators, Blambot continues to inspire comic artists worldwide while maintaining its roots in affordability and creativity.
