As a Pacific Northwest-based comic book reading Library and national 501(c)(3) literacy charity, Dale Moore aims to promote literacy and encourage imagination among children. Their first edition, single-issue comic book collection dates back to 1882, allowing children and their parents/guardians to interact with the books on a level exclusive to the Comics4Kids INC experience.

They can smell and feel the paper, see old advertisements, and letter columns, creating lasting memories with family. Comics4Kids INC's all-volunteer staff travels across the United States to give away comics to children for free, improving literacy and nurturing creativity. They also send comics to families, schools, and libraries as reading incentive program rewards.

Founded by Dale Moore, a comic book dealer and lifetime Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide Advisor, Comics4Kids INC was inspired by the transformative power of comic books in Moore's own life. Since its incorporation in 1996, the organization has given away more than Two Million Comic Books. They are now seeking to expand their outreach efforts by moving into a new building, offering a Main Reading Room, Special Collections Reading Room, Exhibition Gallery/Convention Hall, Film/Media Screening Auditorium, Seminar Room/Classrooms, Visiting Guest Studios, and more.

The goal is to foster public support for empowering children in inner city and rural communities, using the medium of comic books to promote strong anti-bullying and all-inclusive messages.
