## Description

Comic Market, also known as Comiket, is a renowned Japanese event organized by the Comic Market Preparation Committee. This event is a haven for manga, anime, and doujinshi enthusiasts, with the main focus on self-published and fan-made works. The event offers a platform for artists and circles to showcase and sell their creations, including exclusive circle passage tickets and parking permits for participating circles.

However, the committee has noticed a growing trend of unauthorized online auctions for these exclusive items, in direct violation of the regulations clearly stated on the tickets themselves. As a result, the committee is taking strict measures to address this issue, including publicly announcing and barring circles that engage in such unauthorized activities.

The committee urges all online marketplaces and potential buyers to refrain from participating in these unauthorized auctions in order to uphold the integrity of the event and respect the regulations set by the Comic Market Preparation Committee.
