## Description

Common Wealth is a brand that addresses the pressing challenges we face today, such as concentrated corporate power, rising inequalities, and a broken housing system. They believe that all these challenges stem from a common root: ownership. Founded in 2019, Common Wealth focuses on the insight that ownership is the structuring force in our economy and that current relations of property and power can and must be reimagined. Common Wealth works across different levels, engaging with community and grassroots groups as well as national and international policymakers. They combine rigorous analysis and research with bold ideas to create an economy that works for everyone. Their goal is to reimagine ownership, repairing past harms and securing a future of sustainable and shared prosperity. To achieve this vision, Common Wealth focuses on three key transformations: transitioning from a fossil-fueled present to a thriving post-carbon future, moving from scarcity and exclusion to economic security and dignity for all, and transitioning from an extractive economy to a democratic economy where everyone has a stake and a say. With a dedicated team and a commitment to transformative change, Common Wealth is working towards a more equitable and sustainable future for all.
