## Description

Communicate Canterbury is a paediatric speech and language therapy practice founded by Louise Frazer, an NZSTA-registered Speech-Language Therapist with more than 30 years of experience in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the Caribbean. The practice supports toddlers, children and teenagers across Rangiora, Waimakariri, North Canterbury and Christchurch, with visits to homes, preschools and schools.

Louise provides assessments and individualised, evidence-informed therapy for a wide range of communication and learning needs. Services include support with speech sounds, language development, processing and memory, stuttering, voice, social communication and autism, and augmentative and alternative communication such as signing, symbols and communication devices. The practice also offers SOS-certified feeding therapy for picky or selective eaters, along with early reading and spelling support informed by structured literacy approaches, including Orton-Gillingham, Jolly Phonics and UFLI.

Families can begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss concerns and whether assessment may help. Therapy is play-based and tailored to each child, with parent coaching, school liaison, session notes and written reports available.
