## Description

Community Homeless Solutions is a nonprofit organization serving people experiencing homelessness, displacement, and domestic violence in Monterey and San Benito Counties. Guided by its mission to provide housing, health, and humanity, the organization offers support across the housing continuum for individuals, families, and youth. Its services include confidential emergency shelters for people fleeing domestic violence, shelter and outreach through the H.O.M.E. Resource Center, and respite care and case management for people transitioning from hospital care. Programs also help families secure and maintain permanent housing, support transitions to stable housing and recovery from trauma, and provide permanent supportive housing for families experiencing homelessness or living with disabilities. For young adults ages 18–24, Serenity Youth Housing offers transitional and supportive housing with trauma-informed services. The organization’s Triple H program provides community support services and enhanced care management, while its wellness center supports clients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Community Homeless Solutions also invites people to contribute through donations, volunteering, and careers, helping sustain its services and strengthen pathways to safety and housing.
