Community LIFT is a nonprofit organization dedicated to elevating neighborhoods and advancing Memphis. Community LIFT strategically distributes investments in the form of grants and loans primarily to Community Development Corps., Grassroots Leaders, and Neighborhood Businesses. They have developed the CDC Capacity Fund to address Memphis' broken cycle of community reinvestment, offering increased support to Community Development Corps. They also have the Memphis Empowerment Fund, which provides financial support to grassroots leaders and organizations for community work that improves the quality of life in under-resourced neighborhoods.

In addition, Community LIFT has the Small Business Loan Fund, operated by River City Capital Investment Corp., to attract and leverage investment capital for community revitalization.
