Compassionate Wise Care is a family-run NDIS provider offering personalised disability support in Sydney and surrounding areas. Founded by Marlene, who brings more than 50 years of experience in the caring industry, and joined by her daughter Suzy, a paediatric nurse with AUSLAN and disability experience, the organisation focuses on respectful, small-scale, community-minded care.

Its services include Supported Independent Living at a Greenacre home, day and evening programs, community access, personal care, household assistance, life-skills development, therapeutic support, respite and holiday care, monthly group outings, yard maintenance and Support Coordination. Support is tailored to participants’ goals, interests and needs, with an emphasis on safety, independence, connection and wellbeing. The provider supports people with a broad range of disabilities and complex needs, and offers programs for children, teens, adults and older participants.

Families and participants can contact the team to discuss options, arrange a call or visit, and explore a personalised support plan. The Greenacre SIL home also welcomes visitors by appointment.
