## Description

The Centre for Compassion Inspired Health is an integrative counselling practice in Nanaimo, British Columbia, offering professional, evidence-based support through a holistic, mind-body approach. Led by Victoria Pawlowski, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher, the centre helps individuals navigate difficult experiences and build opportunities for healing, learning and growth.

Counselling and workshops address concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, eating problems, pain, relationship conflict, illness, grief and loss. Services and areas of focus include psychotherapy, grief work, mindfulness, meditation and self-compassion. The centre also offers Mindful Self-Compassion training and support for grief, loss and bereavement.

Its approach is grounded in mindfulness, meditation, personal growth and a commitment to compassionate service. The practice recognizes that struggle is part of being human and emphasizes that people deserve support when life feels overwhelming. Based in Nanaimo’s Old City Quarter, the centre invites people who are curious about working together to reach out for counselling or workshop support.
