## Description

David Despres AI provides practical AI automation and business technology services for small and medium-sized businesses across West and North West London. Led by consultant David Despres, the brand brings together more than 25 years of experience in business technology, including IT support, hosting, Microsoft 365 and workflow engineering. Services focus on reducing repetitive work while keeping people in control, with solutions for enquiries and bookings, document handling, business operations, connected tools, and dependable IT systems.

Projects include WhatsApp RSVP automation, mobile applications, ecommerce websites, container-based workflow infrastructure, and NFC-enabled session check-ins. A featured system for a community organisation connects WhatsApp, n8n, PostgreSQL and a locally run language model to identify booking requests, check session availability, respond, and escalate uncertain cases to a person. David Despres AI also offers a free 30-minute automation audit to identify a suitable workflow, followed by a bounded proof of concept and ongoing support where useful. The business works in English and French and emphasises documented scope, measurable outcomes, and human oversight.
