## Description

Confexion is a garment workshop based in Assen, the Netherlands, producing care aids with a focus on quality, inclusion and sustainability. Since 2012, its team has made JOYinCARE slings and transfer aids with care and craftsmanship. These products are intended to support client comfort while helping reduce the physical strain on care workers.

The workshop is also built around creating social impact through its work. Confexion employs a close-knit team of 20 people, more than 30% of whom have a temporary or ongoing developmental support need. The company values its experienced, committed employees and takes pride in the products they make. Its approach extends beyond the workshop: social partners are an important part of both the production process and the way Confexion operates.

By combining the manufacture of practical care equipment with an inclusive working environment, Confexion aims to make a positive difference for people and the environment. The company welcomes collaboration, questions and enquiries from people interested in joining its team.
