ConfirmTX is a free Bitcoin transaction acceleration service that helps users submit requests for stuck or unconfirmed BTC transactions. Operating since 2017, it offers a straightforward process: users enter a public Bitcoin transaction ID (TXID), and ConfirmTX checks the transaction status before submitting an acceleration request for eligible pending transactions. The service requires no signup, membership, payment, email, or wallet connection, and it does not access users’ funds, private keys, recovery phrases, or login credentials.

ConfirmTX routes eligible transactions through additional Bitcoin network infrastructure, aiming to improve their propagation. It cannot guarantee confirmation, which still depends on factors such as miners, transaction fees, and network demand.
