## Description

Connect2Progress is a practice founded by addiction counselor Michèle Kelder in 2022 to support healthier, more sustainable working lives in the music industry and other high-pressure environments. Its work addresses addiction, recovery, burnout prevention, mental health, leadership, and workplace culture. Rather than prescribe one-size-fits-all solutions, Connect2Progress uses questions, fresh perspectives, and honest conversations to help individuals and organisations find approaches that suit their circumstances.

Services include in-depth one-to-one sessions for individuals and business clients, and the creation and facilitation of events such as panel discussions and sober experiences. Its self-paced resources include a private habits self-assessment, an educational guide to misconceptions about addiction, a six-week sobriety reset, and a three-month program for exploring one’s relationship with substances.

Connect2Progress also created For Love and Health of House (FLHH), an interactive mental health event concept for the electronic music community. It brings together industry voices, coaching, practical workshops, and sober social experiences. The organisation additionally plans invite-only community sessions for music professionals, scheduled to launch in August 2026.
