## Description

Connect Cares Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of medically fragile children. Founded by Ezra and Gina, RN, the organization grew from their family’s experience caring for their nephew Dillon, who requires continuous skilled nursing care after complications at birth. Connect Cares aims to ease the financial, emotional, and practical challenges these families face, helping them care for their children while protecting their own well-being.

The foundation offers counseling and bereavement support, respite care, emergency assistance, and help with everyday expenses such as rent, utilities, and groceries. It also assists with medical costs for non-covered treatments and specialized equipment, provides guidance for navigating healthcare and educational systems, and funds recreational activities and adaptive technology to enhance quality of life.

Connect Cares invites individuals and organizations to contribute through one-time or recurring donations, volunteer service, and corporate partnerships. Partners may support initiatives such as respite care or fundraising. Donations are described as 100% tax-deductible, and the organization is based in North Richland Hills, Texas.
