Constant 3levation Training (C3T) is a basketball skills development service led by coach Michael Balaba, who has ten years of experience training and coaching players aged 6 to 19, from domestic to representative levels. C3T helps young athletes become more skilled, efficient, and confident through structured, process-based training. Its approach begins with fundamentals—including footwork, shooting form, technique, and basic ball handling—before progressing to advanced skills. Sessions emphasize detail, discipline, patience, and efficient practice, with the aim of supporting lasting improvement rather than short-term results.

C3T offers individual coaching and small-group sessions, along with its C3T: 3levate & Dominate program, designed to sharpen basketball skills and build grit and toughness. A home-school basketball program accommodates home-school schedules and combines fundamentals, activity, and opportunities to meet other players. The service also runs shooting clinics, with small groups of up to six players and instruction adapted to participants’ abilities. Balaba’s coaching is demanding and supportive, encouraging players to work beyond their comfort zones while developing confidence, resilience, leadership, and character on and off the court.
