## Description

The Constructed Environment Research Network is an international community founded in 2010 for scholars, researchers, and practitioners interested in how people shape the environment and how constructed, social, and natural environments interact. Its work is organized around shared themes and concerns, with a focus on developing strategies for action and supporting exchange across disciplines.

The Network brings members together through the International Conference on the Constructed Environment, including calls for papers, social events, and Emerging Scholar Awards. It also supports an online symposium and publishes a journal, with opportunities to submit articles and engage with its editorial community. Its book program offers publishing pathways through Common Ground’s imprints, alongside author resources and editing services.

Membership helps sustain the independent organization and provides subscriber access to electronic publications, conference registration discounts, and opportunities for connection and professional development. The Network also shares updates about conferences, publications, and developments in the field through its newsletter and online community.
