The Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) is a government agency established in 1980. Its main goal is to promote, accelerate, and regulate the construction industry in the country. CIAP offers various services and programs to support the growth and development of the industry. These include contractor's licensing and registration, overseas contractors registration, construction arbitration and mediation, and construction manpower development programs. They also provide online services such as license verification, fee calculation, and a forum for industry professionals. Additionally, CIAP is committed to good governance, gender and development, and transparency. They uphold the values of the Citizen's Charter and strive to enhance the industry's performance and competitiveness. To further this mission, CIAP has launched the Philippine Construction Industry Roadmap 2020-2030 in partnership with the Philippine Constructors Association. With its comprehensive services and initiatives, CIAP plays a vital role in driving the growth and success of the construction industry in the Philippines.
