## Description

Construct The Present is an experienced equity, diversity, and inclusion consultancy committed to working with nonprofits, government agencies, and private companies. Our goal is to assist these organizations in becoming leaders in building a better future. With 30 years of combined experience in DEI consulting, we understand the transformative effect that targeted training and support can have on both organizations and communities. Our approach is rooted in education and learning principles, ensuring that real and lasting change takes place. We create an environment where people are ready to learn, avoiding lectures and judgment, and instead fostering comfort and social connection. By utilizing adult learning theory, our workshops resonate with teams, making the experience more meaningful. Furthermore, we design systems with intention, focusing on the needs of all involved and fostering strong teams, great leadership, improved processes, and a positive company culture. At Construct The Present, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion to strengthen organizations and create a sense of belonging and value for all individuals. Contact us now to start your journey towards positive change.
