# eV Convivendum GmbH - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `convivendum-gmbh.de` ## Description Convivendum is a care provider based in Bleckede, Germany, whose name means “living together.” The organisation offers two complementary services: ambulant care at home and daytime care at its Bleckede centre. Its home-care team includes experienced, trained professionals in elderly and nursing care, providing support with individual care needs and medical treatment at home. Discreet, unbranded vehicles help protect clients’ privacy. At the day-care centre, guests can spend time in a welcoming community, enjoy shared activities, build social connections and take part in programs focused on activation and mobility. Guests keep their own homes as their main residence, while the service also gives family caregivers time to rest. Convivendum provides a transport service, collecting guests from home and bringing them back safely. The organisation offers personal advice about care options, applications and costs, and invites prospective day-care guests to arrange a visit or introductory trial day. Based at Breite Straße 43, Convivendum serves Bleckede and the surrounding area, with separate contact numbers for its home-care and day-care services. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Geriatric and Aging Care _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/convivendumgmbh) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/convivendum) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/ideqQd4FPp/w/820/h/820/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792960953090) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/ideqQd4FPp/w/350/h/350/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792960953298) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Coconut Cream | #f7f5d6 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Malibu | #8ed1fc | light | ## Fonts - Literata — asset _(google)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
