## Description

Convoo is a dating app designed to put conversation ahead of profile browsing. Available on iOS and Android, it brings people together in scheduled live events and rooms, where participants are online at the same time. Instead of swiping through photos or bios, users are paired with one person for a three-minute conversation, supported by a prompt to help get things started. Afterward, photos and answers are revealed together, and a match is made only when both people say yes. If interest is not mutual, the person who declined is not identified to the other participant.

Users can join an event or a friend’s room, or host a room by choosing a time and inviting friends, communities, or other groups. Convoo handles the pairings, including for people joining from different locations. The app is free to use for joining rooms and having conversations. Users add a photo, but it remains hidden until both participants agree to connect.
