## Description

Cook & Bloom is a food and lifestyle brand created by Karsten and Ari, sharing practical recipes designed for everyday cooking. The site features more than 1,200 tested recipes, from quick weeknight meals and traditional family favorites to curries, soups, baking and desserts. Seasonal collections highlight ingredients and dishes such as pumpkin, kale, lentils, winter soups and asparagus. Vegetarian and vegan cooking has a prominent place, alongside recipes for fish, meat, salads, pasta, breakfast and drinks. The recipes are developed by Karsten, a former chef and restaurant manager who led Berlin’s Lina restaurant from 2009 to 2022, and Ari, who contributes many of the vegan dishes. Since 2016, they have shared food that works in real home kitchens. Based between Berlin and Ulaanbaatar, they also offer cooking classes in Mongolia. Cook & Bloom extends beyond recipes with kitchen tips, ingredient guides, nutrition content, Ayurveda and yoga articles, newsletters, and a shop featuring cooking-themed designs and products.
