## Description

Cook Children’s Health Plan provides public health coverage for families in the Tarrant Service Area of North Texas, serving members across Wise, Denton, Parker, Tarrant, Hood, and Johnson counties since 2000. Affiliated with Cook Children’s Health Care System, the plan connects children, pregnant members, and eligible families with physical and behavioral health care, pharmacy benefits, and social support.
