## Description

Cool & Relax Kanner is a child- and youth-focused wellbeing service based in Münschecker, Luxembourg, led by Annette Jaffke, a psychagogue and relaxation educator. The practice supports young people in developing skills to manage stress, build resilience and approach everyday challenges with greater confidence. Its individual stress-prevention training helps participants understand how stress affects the body and mind, identify sources of pressure, recognize personal strengths and find useful coping strategies. Sessions may include autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery, alongside work on changing negative reactions and thought patterns. The aim is to reduce current burdens and strengthen long-term coping skills.

Cool & Relax Kanner also offers relaxation training, reflex integration training and animal-assisted intervention. Reflex integration is presented as a possible support for children whose early reflexes may be affecting coordination, concentration, learning or behavior. Annette works with Goya, a three-year-old Australian Labradoodle who has completed an intermediate assessment for therapy-assistance dogs with Dogtrainingcenter Muppenhaff.
