COORDINARE is the Primary Health Network (PHN) for South Eastern NSW. Supported by two Local Health Districts, Illawarra Shoalhaven LHD and Southern NSW LHD, COORDINARE serves a large and diverse region, spanning across 11 local government areas and one territory. With a focus on improving the health, care, and wellbeing of the population, they work collaboratively to achieve positive change and deliver better health outcomes for the communities they serve.
