## Description

COP17 Green Zone Armenia is the public engagement platform of the UN Biodiversity Conference in Yerevan, connecting communities, organizations, innovators, and visitors around action for nature. Taking place from October 19 to 30, 2026, at the Karen Demirtchian Sports and Concert Complex, the Green Zone brings biodiversity and sustainability into public view through dialogue, exhibitions, events, cultural activities, and interactive experiences.

The platform highlights Armenia’s diverse ecosystems, including mountain habitats, forests, wetlands, semi-deserts, alpine meadows, and Lake Sevan. Its focus is on protecting biodiversity and natural resources while supporting the well-being of communities and future generations. COP17 Green Zone provides a meeting place for civil society, innovators, and the public to explore ideas, share knowledge, and encourage collective action.

Visitors can take part in sessions, ecological forums, and exhibitions. The website also offers registration pathways for attendees, exhibitors, session participants, and cultural contributors, along with event information, frequently asked questions, and contact support.
