## Description

CORE Fighting System is a martial arts school in Osnabrück with more than ten years of experience and a community of over 400 active members. It welcomes beginners, experienced practitioners, recreational athletes, and competitors, with structured coaching focused on technical development, fitness, respect, and steady progress. Training is led by founder and head coach Dennis Gabriel Schindler, a Luta Livre black belt, alongside a coaching team with experience across several martial arts disciplines.

The school offers classes in Luta Livre and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for ground fighting, Muay Thai and kickboxing for stand-up skills, and Mixed Martial Arts. Dedicated programs serve children in different age groups, while options also include women-only BJJ, competition classes, open mat sessions, and personal training by arrangement. Members can choose foundation, all-level, or advanced sessions where available. CORE Fighting System also runs seminars and invites newcomers to try a free, no-obligation introductory class. The school emphasizes clear instruction, purposeful training, and a supportive atmosphere on and off the mat.
