## Description

CORE Therapies is an equine and canine therapy and rehabilitation practice founded in 2008 by veterinarian Larkspur Carroll, DVM. Based in Lexington, Kentucky, the practice serves farms across the Bluegrass region and also works with sale consignments in Kentucky and New York, with availability in Aiken, South Carolina. While Thoroughbreds and racehorses in training make up a significant part of its clientele, CORE Therapies also treats sporthorses and animals from a range of backgrounds.

The practice offers noninvasive, complementary therapies designed to support health, recovery, mobility, and athletic performance. Services include equine chiropractic care, acupuncture, electro-stimulation, laser therapy, and PEMF therapy. Its rehabilitation and layup services support horses recovering from injuries or surgery, with care provided in coordination with AppleRidge Farm. These therapies are intended to help maintain range of motion, address patterns of lameness, assist the healing process, and improve quality of life. CORE Therapies also offers products, gift cards, educational handouts, and reference materials, and invites clients to schedule appointments or inquire about service availability.
