## Description

Core Tone Fitness is the Australian fitness and education brand founded by Paula Campanero, a former professional pole vaulter with degrees in Health and Sports Science and Sports Performance. Drawing on her athletic background, research into hypopressive exercise, and experience as a mother, Paula helps women and health professionals explore techniques designed to support core and pelvic floor function. The brand focuses on hypopressive training, an approach that combines posture, breathing and movement without equipment. Its offerings include private training, online classes and courses for fitness and health professionals, alongside educational resources about core and pelvic health. Core Tone Fitness also provides guidance on topics such as stress urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, abdominal separation and postpartum recovery. Paula’s book introduces the foundations of core training, explains the Hypopressive Technique and offers a structured exercise sequence, with content relevant to men as well as women. Through training and education, Core Tone Fitness aims to make informed, practical conversations about pelvic health more accessible and help people build a better understanding of core support.
