Joining Danielle is Katie Nichols, who fell in love with the wine industry when she tasted Lamoresca Nerocapitano, an old vine frappato from Sicily. As Cork's general manager and wine director, Katie takes on the challenges of running the restaurant and retail shop, showcasing untamed wines and artful concepts. At Cork Restaurant & Natural Wine Shop, you can expect an extensive selection of natural wines, carefully curated by Katie, and a menu of locally made food that perfectly complements the wine offerings.
