## Description

Cornerstone Diving Club is a springboard diving training club based in West Hartford, Connecticut. Sanctioned by United States Diving, Inc., the club provides year-round team training and lessons for beginners, serving athletes ages 6 to 18. Its program is led by Scott Pierson, a former U.S. Olympic Team contender and Division I college coach. Cornerstone’s stated goal is to develop college-ready and Olympic-caliber divers through a curriculum-based skills program that draws on coaching practices and training techniques from around the world. Training takes place in a safe, fun, and competitive environment, with opportunities for divers to prepare for competition and advance their skills. The club also hosts a free Try-It-Out Day, inviting young people and former gymnasts to explore diving and see whether the sport is right for them. Families can find information about team scheduling, events, coaching, alumni, registration, and frequently asked questions through the club’s website. Cornerstone also lists wearables and gear among its offerings, and welcomes inquiries from its West Hartford location.
