## Description

The Foundation for Corporate Education (FCE), also known as Stichting Opleidingskunde, is a platform for knowledge sharing and professional development among human resource development (HRD) professionals. It supports people working in education, learning, advising and organizational change through a broad range of learning activities, training programs, research and community opportunities. FCE’s approach is characterized by small groups, passionate instructors and close attention to both subject matter and individual development. Its programs also emphasize a strong connection between theory and practice, helping participants explore ideas in ways relevant to their professional work. Alongside its educational offerings, FCE invites professionals to take part in research and engage with news and perspectives from its network. The organization’s activities include programs and events focused on learning, development and change, such as the FCE Festival, described as building momentum for change. FCE brings together a professional community interested in developing knowledge and improving practice, with opportunities to learn, exchange insights and connect with others in the field.
