## Description

Correr Inteligente is a running coaching brand founded by Mario Castellanos, a qualified sports and exercise science graduate with more than ten years of experience helping runners train effectively and reduce injury risk. Its approach combines structured training, strength work, and applied sports science to help people improve performance without needing to train for unlimited hours or be professional athletes. The Correr Inteligente program is designed for runners at different stages, from those beginning to run safely to experienced athletes seeking personal bests in distances such as the 10K, half marathon, and marathon. The brand also offers a free runner assessment test to identify training strengths and areas for improvement, along with guidance tailored to individual goals and circumstances. Mario is the author of Aprende a Correr Inteligente, a practical guide to training with greater purpose, and hosts a Spanish-language running podcast featuring training advice, techniques, and interviews. Through coaching, educational resources, and ongoing support, Correr Inteligente aims to help runners build sustainable habits, enjoy training, and make measurable progress while lowering the risk of injury.
