# Cortez Boxing - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `cortezboxing.com` ## Description Cortez Boxing is an officially recognised boxing centre by the Dutch Boxing Association, based at Visseringlaan 19 in Rijswijk. Led by head coach Giovanni, the club welcomes people of different ages, abilities and experience levels, with personal attention, clear guidance and mutual respect at the heart of its approach. Training is designed to develop boxing skills and fitness while also supporting confidence, discipline, focus and mental resilience. Its programmes include boxing for children aged 5–12 and teens aged 13–18, mixed adult classes, women-only boxing, bag training and competition boxing with guidance. Cortez Boxing also offers personal training, boxing coaching and sessions for people with Parkinson’s, as well as programmes for people with CVA, dystonia and acquired brain injury. For businesses and individuals, the club provides boxing clinics, workshops and team-building activities focused on areas such as stress reduction, personal growth and leadership. Training and individual coaching can be provided in Dutch, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and French.
