Training is designed to accommodate people with different ages, genders, sizes, and physical conditions, with intensity increasing as skills develop. The dojo’s curriculum also includes Aiki-Ken sword and Aiki-Jo staff training, alongside instruction in safe falling, grounded movement, and strong body structure. The school highlights potential benefits such as improved fitness, balance, coordination, self-awareness, discipline, stress management, and ethically motivated self-defense skills. Instructors John Wiley and Elizabeth Hartman bring more than 40 years of combined experience and hold Aikikai ranks and Iwama-Ryu weapons certifications. The dojo offers up to 10 hours of mat time weekly for a monthly fee, without contracts. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/cosaikido) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/cos_aikido) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/channel/UCTx5O8rgpLPlt2SJNs8O60w) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/cos-aikido) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/cos_aikido) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idhVnGByqy/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791140309862) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idhVnGByqy/w/916/h/916/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791140310053) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Niagara | #0eb290 | accent | | Mine Shaft | #333333 | dark | | Alabaster | #fcfcfc | light | ## Fonts - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ - Open Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
