Their cacao farm, located in the Cahabon region of Alta Verapaz, has been cultivated for thousands of years, and the brand strives to continue this tradition.

The process starts with planting cacao trees using the criollo variety of cacao, focusing on increasing the farm's biodiversity by growing other tropical tree varieties. When the cacao is ripe, it is carefully harvested using clean tools and proper hygiene to prevent the spread of diseases. After harvesting, the cacao pods are opened to extract the beans, which are then loaded into fermentation boxes for anaerobic fermentation.

The fermentation process brings out the rich and complex flavor of the cacao. Next, the beans are dried in a protected area and transported to their workshop in Guatemala City for sorting and inspection. The beans are then roasted at temperatures that enhance the flavor profile without over-roasting.

Once roasted, the cacao seeds are peeled by hand, ground into a fine consistency using a melanger, and finally poured into molds to set into solid blocks. From there, the cacao is packaged and prepared for export to their three distributors worldwide.
