With an international career spanning New York, Belgium, Brazil, and Portugal, Pedro has collaborated with renowned architecture practices and developed a keen sense of integrating diverse disciplines into the design process. In 2018, he joined forces with Cláudia Costa to establish Costa Guerra Architects.
