## Description

Whittington Lodge Farm is a family-run enterprise nestled in the picturesque Cotswold countryside, managed by Ian and Cathy Boyd alongside their daughter, Steph Ackrill. Spanning approximately 700 acres, the farm is dedicated to sustainable practices, primarily focusing on organic, pasture-fed Pedigree Hereford cattle. With a commitment to environmental stewardship, the farm has transitioned from traditional production methods to a harmonious approach that fosters wildlife and ecology.

The cattle graze year-round on lush wildflower meadows, benefitting from a diet solely composed of grass and hay—never grains—through a method known as mob grazing. This encourages biodiversity and healthy soil. Whittington Lodge Farm's practices have been recognized with multiple awards for their land management from reputable organizations. Aside from beef production, the farm aims to leave the land better than it was found, ensuring a vibrant ecosystem and rich wildlife for future generations. Visit their Cotswold Beef Shed to explore high-quality, sustainably farmed beef products.
