## Description

Couchers.org is the new alternative to Couchsurfing™, offering a modern and community-led platform for couch surfers. As a non-profit organization, Couchers.org is free forever and built by volunteers who prioritize the needs of the couch surfing community. With its formation in response to Couchsurfing™'s paywall in 2020, Couchers.org aims to provide a complete alternative, incorporating all your favorite features. This platform is experiencing rapid growth, with over 40 skilled contributors and new features released every two weeks. The dedicated product teams are focused on designing and developing the platform at an impressive pace. In parallel, the community teams strategize user base growth and engagement to foster a vibrant global discussion and foster active local communities. Couchers.org addresses the problems commonly associated with Couchsurfing™, such as profit incentives, neglected communities, safety concerns, and technological issues. The platform seeks to overcome these obstacles through a non-profit structure, a community-first framework, member accountability, improved review systems, and better host finding capabilities. Join Couchers.org today to be a part of the next generation of couch surfing, where your voice is heard and your experiences are enhanced.
