## Description

The Council of Southeast PA, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 1974 to reduce the impact of addiction and support sustained recovery. Serving communities across southeastern Pennsylvania, it offers programs in prevention, education, intervention, treatment, and recovery support. Its work reaches individuals, families, students, and communities with information about substance use disorder, recovery, and effective community responses.

The Council provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment and case management for adults and adolescents in Bucks County. Through PRO-ACT, its recovery community organization, it offers recovery support across Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. The organization also operates Regional Recovery Hubs for Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs Regions 1 and 4, helping strengthen recovery services through training and technical assistance.
