## Description

Anna Khandrueva, LCSW, provides therapy for overwhelmed women and couples, with an approach centered on understanding each person’s needs rather than forcing them into a one-size-fits-all model. Based in Broomfield, Colorado, her practice offers in-person therapy locally and online sessions across Colorado and Florida. Anna supports women experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, shame, and challenges related to ADHD, AuDHD, autism, or bipolar disorder. Her services include EMDR therapy for trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, therapy for ADHD and bipolar disorder, couples therapy for neurodivergent partners, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Using attachment-focused EMDR and IFS, she helps clients explore protective patterns such as people-pleasing, overthinking, and shutting down with compassion and at a manageable pace. Couples work focuses on clearer communication, understanding differences, and reconnecting. The practice aims to help clients feel more grounded, build supportive ways of navigating daily life, and strengthen their relationships without losing a sense of themselves. A free consultation is available for people considering therapy.
