## Description

CoworkersMind is a Danish consultancy that helps businesses develop and implement innovation initiatives and business strategies designed to deliver lasting results. Its work starts with each organisation’s ambitions for the future and brings customer perspectives, employee insight, business objectives and regulatory requirements together. The company draws on more than 20 years of leadership and consulting experience across private businesses, public organisations and voluntary organisations.

Founded by Thomas Olsen, CoworkersMind focuses on people, workplace culture, learning and knowledge sharing as foundations for transformation. Its services include developing a collaborative mindset and innovation culture, interim management, project leadership, process facilitation and support for digital transformation. The consultancy also offers Improve by CoworkersMind, promoting improvement and innovation as activities for everyone in an organisation.

CoworkersMind works with selected partners, including the KraftWerk freelance consultant network, to provide broader support for digital transformation. The company has also written The Curious Leader, a book intended to help new leaders grow and experienced leaders renew their approach to leadership.
