C. Palmer Mfg, founded by Carmen Palmieri in 1943, is a brand that has flourished over the years, bringing families closer together with its range of tools and appliances. It all started in Carmen's basement, where he began by crafting delicate Italian cookie irons.

As demand grew, he expanded the product line and rebranded as C. Palmer Manufacturing, Inc. The company's first production plant was built by Carmen and his son, John, in the late fifties.

John's innovative ideas and automation plans led to the introduction of groundbreaking products like the electric Pizzelle Iron and the Palmer Sandwich Toaster. Over time, the company continued to evolve, embracing new technologies such as aluminum die casting and computerization. A Tool and Die department was added, allowing them to construct high-quality dies for their customers at minimal charges.

In 1996, the next generation of the family, Carmen's granddaughter Darcy, joined the company and eventually took over its management. Despite the loss of Carmen in 2011, C. Palmer Mfg.

They recently celebrated their 75th anniversary and unveiled a new pizzelle iron. With a rich history and a commitment to innovation, C. Palmer Mfg.
