## Description

Copenhagen Game Lab is a specialist developer of learning games for professional development, group processes and education. The company works closely with clients and knowledge partners to create engaging, effective experiences that make complex subjects accessible and support learning and change. Its approach is based on letting participants test their knowledge in interactive scenarios, make choices and experience their consequences, rather than simply receiving information.

The company offers board games, digital games and games for events, alongside support for organisations looking to use games in training and development. Its board-game portfolio covers topics including leadership and teamwork, stress prevention, healthcare decisions, communication, mental health, dementia awareness and nutrition care. Examples include Teamleader, a leadership simulation for new managers, and Decision Point, which focuses on patient care, quality and decision-making under pressure. Copenhagen Game Lab also provides opportunities to explore and borrow selected games, and invites organisations to discuss how game-based learning could meet their needs. Its work is designed to encourage participation, open dialogue and practical learning through experience.
