## Description

Colorado Ped Patrol (CPP) is a U.S.-based child-safety initiative led by Thomas Fellows, focused on identifying and exposing people it believes are seeking to exploit children online. Active since 2021, CPP says it conducts online investigations and real-time confrontations to raise awareness and deter predatory behavior. The organization states that it is not a vigilante group: it gathers evidence and turns it over to law enforcement, working with police so cases can be addressed under applicable U.S. laws.

CPP’s website provides videos about its work, information on convictions, and opportunities to support the initiative through membership, merchandise, and donations. People interested in contributing more directly are invited to connect through its Discord community; participation is not limited to Colorado, although the organization says new affiliated teams require its approval. The site also offers reporting guidance and links to resources including the FBI tip line, NCMEC, and child-protection helplines. CPP cautions visitors not to send or include child sexual abuse material in reports and directs people with concerns to appropriate authorities.
