## Description

Community Living Toronto (CLTO) provides community participation supports and flexible respite services in Toronto, guided by the goal of creating a society where everyone belongs. Its programs help people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder connect with others, explore their communities, develop skills, and pursue personal interests. Community Participation Supports include classes and activities designed to help participants learn, have fun, visit new places, build relationships, and strengthen neighbourhood connections. Support is flexible, with options to take part during the day or evening, explore new experiences, or follow a familiar routine. Participants can browse experience offerings and register online through MyCommunityHub, with information available to help create an account. CLTO also offers short-term respite outside the home for children aged 2 to 17 and adults aged 18 and older who live with a parent or caregiver. Respite can range from a few hours to several days or a week. Specialized respite is available for children with autism whose referrals identify higher support needs.
