## Description

Agora Lib’ is a non-profit association supporting Communautés Professionnelles Territoriales de Santé (CPTS) across Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. Created at the initiative of the region’s 10 Regional Unions of Health Professionals (URPS), it also welcomes local CPTS that wish to join and participate in its governance. Since 2021, the association has helped CPTS establish, develop and monitor their projects, working in connection with the Regional Health Agency (ARS) and French Health Insurance. Its shared URPS–CPTS governance aims to keep support grounded in local needs while respecting each CPTS’s independence and encouraging partnership.

Agora Lib’ provides practical, region-wide assistance through local project officers, accompanying teams from the initial idea to implementation. Support includes territorial assessments, meeting facilitation, project methodology, legal structuring, provisional budgeting and follow-up of the ACI agreement. The organization also offers practical tools and project resources, training, webinars and “Café CPTS” sessions, alongside events, news, job listings and a map of CPTS territories.
